MCLEAN CO., KY (WFIE) - Two people were taken to the hospital after an accident in McLean County, Kentucky.
It happened at Kentucky 136 and Kentucky 250.
Kentucky State Police said 85-year-old Thelma Howard didn't yield to another car driven by 81-year-old Charles Swift.
The vehicles hit head-on, trapping both drivers inside.
Both were taken to Owensboro Medical Health System with multiple injuries.
The road had to be shut-down for over two hours while crews cleared the scene.
