DAWSON SPRINGS, KY (WFIE) - 14 News' media partner, The Messenger in Madisonville, reported a former employee of the Dawson Pointe Nursing Home, Phyliss Johnson, was indicted Tuesday by a Hopkins County grand jury.

The Messenger said she's charged with video voyeurism and adult abuse.

The two count indictment accuses Johnson of using a cell phone to record video of a naked patient.

Johnson was arrested by Dawson Spring police on April 19 and fired the next day.
