PHILPOT, KY (WFIE) - Two Daviess Co. residents have been arrested after marijuana was found at their residence, KSP said.

Robert A. Hoskins, 67, and Gynith G. Hoskins, 60, were both arrested Wednesday afternoon.

In an effort to spot and eradicate marijuana KSP were flying over the residence when police noticed the marijuana growing in the area of 5831 KY 142 in Philpot.

Once on the ground, troopers discovered the cultivating of 10 marijuana plants on the property.

KSP also found marijuana in the process of "drying", drug paraphernalia and various firearms inside the residence.

Both suspects were taken to the Daviess County Detention Center, and are charged with marijuana cultivating and drug paraphernalia.
