BEAVER DAM, KY (WFIE) - Police in Beaver Dam are asking for your help to find an attempted robbery suspect.
Officers say it happened at the Swifty gas station on Main Street around 9:45 Thursday night.
Police say a white man in his mid 30's pulled up to the station in a early 90's model gray Toyota.
They say he had shoulder length hair and a full beard, weighed around 200 pounds, and was about 5'9". Officers say he was wearing a flannel shirt and jeans.
Police say when the employee came out to pump his gas, the man got out of the car and starting approaching the employee.
They say the man began cursing and demanding money. The employee was able to run back inside and call police.
The employee was not hurt and no money was taken.
