SPENCER CO., IN (WFIE) - Spencer County dispatch has been notified by ATT that the 937 prefix has been fully restored.

Sunday night, many Spencer County residents did not have phone service.

Any person with a land line number beginning with a 937 prefix did not have service, according to the Spencer County Sheriff's Department of Communications.
