CLARK CO, IN (WFIE) - Terry Lay has been sentenced to 100 years in prison by a Clark County judge.

Lay was accused in the beating death of his three-year-old son, Kaleb Lay, that happened last March 2008 in Evansville.

The trial was in Jeffersonville because of media coverage.

Kaleb's mother, Amanda Brooks-Lay, entered into a plea agreement in December, and was sentenced to 35 years in prison.
