She's walked coast to coast and never left the commonwealth. In January, we had a story about Ellie McRae, a 67-year-old Kentucky walker, who walked more than 3,000 miles. That's the equivalent of walking across America, coast to coast.
Now, she's walked another 1,100 miles. It's a lot more fun to refer to all that work by charting miles on a map. Congratulations to Ellie. What an accomplishment!
But Ellie doesn't do it alone. She's a member of an Internet walking club designed by a Posey County, Indiana couple.
