An Alabama woman is facing charges of prescription drug fraud after an incident at an Evansville pharmacy Wednesday.
Thirty-year-old Amram Lashenda Bilal of Headland, AL was arrested for allegedly trying to get the drugs Levothyroxine, Hydrocodone, Pentasa and Metroprolol with a fake prescription at a CVS pharmacy on Lincoln Avenue.
A police report on the incident says that Bilal had called in the fake prescription. She was arrested as she tried to pick up the drugs at the store's drive-up window.
