The wife of Evansville native and former Yankee great Don Mattingly was arrested over the weekend for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

According to a Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office affidavit, 45-year-old Kim Mattingly was arrested Saturday after deputies were called to their Darmstadt Road home for a family dispute.

Court records revealed the couple filed for divorce last November, and Don Mattingly said last month he was going to move from Los Dodger's hitting coach to special assignment due to family reasons.

Kim Mattingly was released from jail on a $50-dollar bond.
