HOPKINS CO, KY (WFIE) - There is still no trial date set for Hopkins County Seventh District Magistrate Wesley Lynn, who is facing charges of rape, sodomy and sexual abuse from his time working as paramedic at Regional Medical Center.
Attornies with both parties met with Circuit Judge James Brantley Monday in a pretrial conference. Attornies believe that all indictments have been served against Wesley Lynn and a trial date should be decided around mid-september.
Lynn is facing two separate indictments, totalling nine claims from former female patients at the regional medical center.
