HOPKINS CO., KY (WFIE) - Authorities have gone to Minnesota to pick up 40-year-old Eddie Joe Goodnight and will bring him to the Hopkins County Jail late Wednesday night.
Goodnight was being held on a previous burglary charge in Colorado.
Right now, Goodnight is charged with first degree burglary in connection with the death of Mary and Lynn Moore.
The other suspect in the case, Dustin McKinney, is already being held without bond on murder charges.
"Get him arraigned first part of next week, then we will go into another stage of the investigation," Hopkins County Sheriff Frank Latham said. "The next stage of it will be going into greater detail of how the incident happened and other associates that might be associated with these two."
Officials said more charges are pending for Goodnight.
Dustin McKinney was arraigned on Monday.
He is charged with two counts of murder and robbery.
