An Ohio man locks himself in a dog cage for 24 hours, all for a good cause.
Jason Craig, who started his lockup on Friday, ate nothing but dog food during his time in the cage. This was all done as part of petco's biggest adoption event of the year.
Craig, also known as "the charity dude", said he hoped people would realize the importance of animal rescue.
He said by making people aware that there are a lot of pets out there that need to be adopted, good quality pets, we need things like this.
And he said if it takes him sacrificing himself to help make people smile and help people find animals that they love, then think it's a great thing.
Shoppers at the Toledo Petco Store were also able to sample dog food for themselves and make donations.
